Our Q&A's below should tell you all you need to know.

No off-road experience is necessary. As long as you can ride you will be taught at your own level and ability.
After all, that's why you're on the course right?
How fit do I need to be?
Our courses are aimed at teaching key techniques and skills, not riding for hours or covering miles of terrain.
You will be on the bike most of the day but you will have ample rest time between techniques.
What happens on the day?
Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before session to get checked in and changed.
Refreshment breaks will be taken as needed. Full details of your specific session will be emailed to you in advance.
Fun will be had by all.
I want to work on specific skills, is this possible?
Yes, just book one of our 1-2-1 sessions and we can work on your individual needs.
