If you are serious about racing or getting fit to ride, I can help you achieve your goal. There are many online programmes you can buy but they will not be tailored to you, and although they may help a little, they won't maximise your potential.
I am a Level 3 British Cycling Mountain Bike Coach, Qualified Gym Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach and have been coaching riders for many years, with my help you will be amazed at what you can achieve.

Firstly, decide if it's worth investing £125 per month to get the results you've been looking for. Then get in touch with your goals and objectives and we can have an informal chat to discuss if this type of plan is for you.
We can discuss your current plan if you have one and I'll advise you if I think it would be beneficial for you to change your training.
This is more than just a training plan, it is rider support. along with your monthly plan you will be entitled to a 1-2-1 on bike coaching session. All plans are specifically designed for you, if you just want a basic starter plan or a full package, send me a brief email and I'll work out what's best for YOU.
